Warranty

All our pizza ovens come with a 1 year warranty on all parts. This includes the doors, thermometers, chimneys, etc. However, the warranty does not cover cracking in the any masonry material, bricks, or stones, it's quite normal for these components to have some cracks once you start using the oven. Our brick ovens are traditional hand-made products.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage.

If your shipment has arrived damaged please make a note of this on the paperwork when signing for it, we will then provide a return shipping label. If you have reconsidered your purchase return shipping will be your responsibility and expense. There is no restocking fee.
